Shoshana holds the position of VP Client Development, within the Marketing Solutions Group of SourceMedia. In this role, she helps identify customized, holistic marketing solutions that address their clients business needs. Her group is also responsible for the in-market deployment. \r\n \r\n While educated and originally trained as a marketer, Shoshana has been working in hybrid marketing\/business development roles for the past 11 years all within the financial services industry. In this capacity, she has held the following positions: VP Global Bank Customer Marketing, at MasterCard, as well as roles with two world-renowned direct marketing advertising agencies. As Worldwide Group Account Director, Partner, at OgilvyOne, and as Senior Vice President, Senior Account Planner at Rapp Collins Worldwide. In both roles, Shoshana specialized in the financial services sector, and in the latter role, she held the position of Practice Leader for the financial services industry. \r\n \r\n Prior to this, Shoshana worked on the client side of the business for 12 years, in various B-2-B and B-2-C marketing roles, including BankOne, Citibank, American Express and also for regional Australian banks, spearheading the development of marketing strategy, communications plans, customer segmentation schemes, database management, telemarketing systems and research studies. \r\nA native of Australia, Shoshana is a graduate of the New South Wales University of Technology, Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Business, Marketing Major, graduating with honors. Within the business world, Shoshana has graduated from many business courses including, Bob Lavery Consultative Selling Course, Six Sigma Black Belt Management Course, Australian Graduate School of Management Internet Marketing Strategy Course, Ogilvy & Mather Direct Marketing Course, and Ken Blanchards Situational Leadership Sales Management Training.
