S. Carter Kirks

Carter Kirks is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Consumer Finance Group. She has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, most recently focusing on all areas of the consumer lending process. She has helped her clients find solutions for challenging issues within originations, underwriting, risk management, fulfillment, and servicing. Her knowledge of the mortgage industry includes single and multi-family businesses inclusive of retail, broker, and correspondent channels. She brings extensive experience leading large, complex projects that include implementing point-of-sale, loan origination, and servicing systems for Top 5 Mortgage Lenders and the GSE’s.� She co-authored PwC’s Digital Mortgage Thought Leadership publication.
