Maureen Toomey

Maureen Toomey currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Aon Broking in the US. In this capacity, Maureen is responsible for the execution of Aon’s broking platform in the United States. This includes coordination of Aon’s international broking centers, global specialties, and Aon’s leading edge analytics. She is responsible for the development and execution of Aon Risk Services’ brokerage compensation strategies, defining performance measures for brokers, optimizing Aon’s global specialties and Global Broking Centers, and monitoring activity and staffing levels to maintain efficiency and client value. Prior to the role of COO, she served as a Vice President of ARS’ Global Broking Excellence team, where she was responsible for the insights and analytics generated from the Aon Global Risk Insight Platform. Maureen works with Aon’s Center for Innovation and Analytics in Ireland on further differentiating Aon via the use of unmatched risk benchmarking data as well as insights on carrier performance, risk appetite and carriers’ ability to meet client needs. Maureen has an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Illinois and her MBA with a Finance specialization from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
