Leslie Dukker Doty

Leslie is a senior executive with over 20 years of marketing, loyalty, consulting and business management experience. A frequent Industry speaker, she is nationally recognized as an innovative, strategic marketing leader with demonstrated success in business transformation. In 2012, Leslie joined the Pharmacy Benefits Management division of CVS Caremark as Vice President of Member Engagement, responsible for all member engagement marketing and operations activities. Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Leslie spent 11 years at MasterCard as a Senior Vice President in the consulting division, working with Fortune 500 companies globally. She also held senior marketing positions at SunTrust and Citibank where she led the strategy and marketing for the Citibank AAdvantage Card business. More recently, Leslie was President and Founder of BFF Loyalty, Inc. a strategic marketing and consulting company in New York. Leslie serves on the Board of Trustees for Helen Keller International and is an Advisory Board Member on the Corporate Leadership Council of the Global Fund for Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s of business administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
