Cindy directs marketing communications strategy for enterprise-wide or multi-disciplinary change and crisis management issues. In this role, she accepts special assignments throughout the organization where onsite consultation, advice, and communications strategy through to execution are needed. Cindy joined Wilmington Trust in 1989 with close to a decade of experience in advertising and corporate communications roles in the United States and England. She has held numerous marketing leadership positions during her tenure with the firm, specializing in all aspects of financial services marketing, and with specific expertise in wealth management. Cindy previously served as the Director of Marketing for Wealth Advisory Services, where she led all marketing communications strategy, research, brand management, and emerging market positioning in support of affluent individuals, families, family businesses, and their advisors. She also served as consultant and speaker to affluent women, families, and their advisors on the role of money, education for the next generation, and raising socially responsible children.Cindy holds an MBA, with honors, from Drexel University and a BFA in Advertising, Design, and Art Education, also with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Throughout her career, she and the teams she has led have earned numerous awards. She has also volunteered her time and expertise to a variety of professional and non-profit organizations.She is currently the President of Drexel Universitys Executive MBA Alumni Board and a member of both Drexels LeBow College of Business Advisory Board and The Center of Corporate Reputation Management. She is a mentor and advocate to aspiring marketing students and professionals. She also continues to serve as an industry expert and speaker for professional organizations throughout the United States.
