Chapman Richardson, as the Global Program Lead for the Novartis Customer Relationship Management Solution Delivery Group, lead the defining of a new global CRM strategy and is now responsible for the expansion of SaaS CRM solutions globally. Chapman joined Novartis in 2007 as the Commercial IT lead for the Oncology Business Unit. He was named the CRM Global Program Lead in September of 2010 where he now defines regional delivery roadmaps, initiates local projects and drives process and technology synergies across the globe. Chapman brings more than 12 years of consulting, technical and management experience in the CRM domain across many of the large Pharmas from his tenure at Accenture, Cegedim and Capgemini.
