Chai Lam

Chai Lam joined BMO Bank of Montreal in 2001 and is currently the Enterprise Architect responsible for Personal & Commercial Banking for BMO, Canada. Previous responsibilities include developing the conceptual and solution architecture for the single view of the customer in support of the bank’s leading customer experience strategies. Other recent initiatives include developing the architecture for managing Reference data for Financial instruments and Entities. Prior to joining BMO, Chai Lam was the Manager of System Architecture for Canadian Pacific Railway. Chai Lam is also an active volunteer at the Art Gallery of Ontario and a team member for the AGO community out reach program and teen engagement programs.
