Barry N. Winslow

Barry N. Winslow returned to TCF Financial Corporation as Vice Chairman in July 2008 and assumed responsibility for TCF’s Corporate Development function in 2012. Mr. Winslow previously served as Chief Risk Officer overseeing Credit Administration, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management. He retired from TCF in 2007 after serving as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Winslow joined TCF in 1987.Prior to joining TCF, Mr. Winslow was with Huntington National Bank, his last position as Senior Vice President. Mr. Winslow received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Ohio State University, and he is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking. He serves on the Board of the Minnesota Military Appreciation Fund and Sit Mutual Funds.
