Anna Colton

Small Business Banker National Sales Executive

Anna Colton is the Small Business Banker National Sales Executive at Bank of America and is responsible for executing the Small Business Banker sales model to achieve targeted performance and growth of the segment. Anna is responsible for building and leading this sales team of approximately 1,000 small business bankers as they continue to deliver local small business expertise. Colton also serves as the executive champion for the Preferred and Small Business Banking Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a member of the bank�s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and the Associate Advisory Council.Most recently, Anna served as the Market Executive for Bank of America�s Northern New England Commercial Market where she was responsible for managing a team of client managers focused on delivering financial services and expertise to middle market companies in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. She also served on the Global Commercial Banking Diversity and Inclusion Council, was a member of the Global Commercial Bank Incentive Task Force and was co-chair of the New England Sales Initiative. Prior to this role, Anna was the Sales Performance Executive for the Northeast Region.�Anna has 30 years of industry experience. She joined Bank of America as part of the merger with Fleet Bank as a Market Executive for the Healthcare & Institutions Market in Northern New England.� During her career at Fleet and predecessor banks, she was responsible for helping to build the Healthcare & Institutions portfolio and business in New England.�Anna graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. She also holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.Anna is the Chair of the Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School board of directors. She was also a past board member of the United Way of Mass Bay and Merrimack Valley, the Massachusetts chapter of The Nature Conservancy and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and a past Chair of the Childcare Capital Investment Fund.She and her husband Peter have three children and reside in Winchester, MA.
