Andrew J. Blady is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for NCB Management Services, Inc., a national debt buyer and debt collection agency that has provided debt management services to major financial institutions since 1994.� Andrew is responsible for all legal, quality, and compliance functions within NCB.NCB is a charter member of the Consumer Relations Consortium (CRC).� Andrew is a regular participant with the CRC and he most recently worked with the CRC on its response to the CFPB�s Advanced Notice of Proposed Rule Making affecting the debt collection industry.� Last October, Andrew served on the panel titled ���Implementing Compliance Management Systems That Work for Your Organization� at the Financial Services Collections and Operational Risk Conference in Las Vegas.�Prior to joining NCB, Andrew was a partner in the law firm of Eastburn and Gray, P.C. located in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.� Andrew provided legal services to NCB as outside counsel for several years prior to joining NCB.�Andrew is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.�
