Amor's practice in complex litigation emphasizes e-discovery and data management, including developing guidelines concerning records retention, preservation, data collection, processing, retrieval and production. He served as co-chair of the ABA�s Product Liability Committee for the Section of Litigation and liaison between the ABA Electronic Discovery Task Force responsible for the 2004 ediscovery amendments to the 1999 Discovery Standards promulgated by the Section of Litigation. Having served on various working groups for The Sedona Conference, an e-discovery think-tank, Amor presently is the chair and editor in chief to the organization�s Working Group 6, which focuses on data privacy and electronic discovery internationally. Additionally, he has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading e-discovery practitioner since 2010, the first year that included the category. He is also one of only five lawyers listed as Band 1 for �Litigation; E-discovery� in Chambers Global.�
